How long can it take to get setup?


Getting Started



The school/organisation, how much data you already hold and whether you get parents to signup online or complete the reply slip with their details all effect the amount of time it can take to get HomeContact up and running. You could have your account setup within 24hrs or a month later. Typically it takes between 2-3 weeks for an average-sized school to get setup after sending the letters out to parents, but it does very much depend on the school/organisation and indeed the parents.
