We offer multiple support channels, including telephone, e-mail and online.
The service has been designed to be as user-friendly and self-explanatory as possible. However, we are more than happy provide free training for schools and organisations to help them become more familiar with the service.
Updates and new features are being added to the service on a regular basis. Unlike other software companies we DO NOT charge for these updates, as they are included in your subscription price.
