General Information



HomeContact is predominantly an outbound mass broadcast service, meaning that unfortunately parents aren’t able to reply to e-mail and text messages that are sent via HomeContact.

You can however setup a 'Reply Online' to be attached to any email messages that allows parents to complete a predefined virtual reply slip.
