HomePay - Online Payments for Schools & Organisations
HomePay facilitates secure online payment for schools & organisations, meaning parents are able to pay online via credit or debit card for anything from school meals and trips to music lessons and clubs.
HomePay is closely integrated into the HomeContact communication system making it easy for schools to request, receive & manage payments from parents. Each parent has their own secure account whereby they’re able to make payments, view pending payments and see a full history of previous payments.
HomePay helps schools dramatically reduce their administration time managing payments and provides a safer, more convenient way for parents to pay. Automated reminders via email and/or text message also helps to reduce the number of non or late payers, and the time chasing them.

- Charge daily for Ad-Hoc Dinner Money for those pupils having irregular meals with funds taken straight out of the parent’s eWallet

- Produce daily reports of meals required for kitchen staff
- Set a minimum top-up amount for parent’s eWallet
- Top-up their eWallet as frequently as required
- Pay for school meals automatically from their eWallet without having to do anything
- Receive notifications when their eWallet is running low to encourage them to top-up
