SMS/Text Messaging
SMS credits are an optional extra and can be purchased through the system, once logged-in. To enable you to send SMS/Text Messages you must have sufficient credit in your account. Prices of SMS credits can be found here..
Support
Included in the subscription price is our full support package, granting access to all our online help and support resources, including use of the Help Desk and access to the Knowledgebase for both School and Parent users. We also offer full telephone support for school users, included in the support package.
Launch Data Setup
The launch data setup is all the pupil, parent and school data that we need to set up your account ready for parents to begin registering. We set this up free if it's your first years subscription to save you the trouble.
* Annual Data Revision (Optional)
We know how important it is to get new parents onto the system as soon as possible, and so offer to update all your data on the system for you. If you have any questions on how this works feel free to contact us. This is a totally optional service and you are of course welcome to do this yourself.
Subscription Period
The subscription period begins when your account is activated, and lasts for the set period of time you signed up for. You will then be reminded to renew when your subscription is coming to an end.
