Schools Pricing

All schools get a free 30 Day, no-obligation trial of HomeContact. If after your trial you decide you wish to continue using the service in your school we simply invoice you for the yearly subscription fee, and you continue using your account as normal.

Subscription to HomeContact for schools is based on a sliding scale, depending on the number of pupils in your school. Please see the table below for the price of HomeContact for your school.

Training & Support

Full training and support is free of charge to all customers - including those on the free trial.

Optional Extras

Most of the services you require are included in the subscription price, however, we do have some optional extras that can be purchased if required:

SMS/Text Messaging Credits - As not all our customers use the SMS/text messaging facilities we've decided to make these additional, chargeable extras. To send text messages to your parents you will need to purchase SMS credits. These can be purchased in bundles from as little as 5p per message from within your HomeContact account. Text message credits do not expire. Bundle prices can be found here.

Annual Data Revision - We offer schools an 'Annual Data Revision' service whereby, at the end of each academic year, we remove all school leavers and enter new intake pupils and parents onto the schools account. See prices above.
