All schools get a free 30 Day, no-obligation trial of HomeContact. If after your trial you decide you wish to continue using the service in your school we simply invoice you for the yearly subscription fee, and you continue using your account as normal.
Subscription to HomeContact for schools is based on a sliding scale, depending on the number of pupils in your school. Please see the table below for the price of HomeContact for your school.

Text Credit Pricing (HomeContact)
As not all our customers use the SMS/text messaging facilities we've decided to make these additional, chargeable extras.
To send text messages to your parents you will need to purchase SMS credits. These can be purchased in bundles from as little as 4.6p per message from within your HomeContact account.

Annual Data Revision (HomeContact)
We offer schools an 'Annual Data Revision' service whereby, at the end of each academic year, we remove all school leavers and enter new intake pupils and parents onto the schools account.
This is an optional, additional service that can be order at any time. Please see prices above.

Transaction Credit Pricing (HomePay)
For each transaction processed via HomePay, there is an additional transaction charge to cover the cost of processing the card details. HomePay has a unique Transaction Credit system whereby you purchase transaction credits in bundles up-front in exactly the same way as you do for text message credits.
Each time a parent then makes a payment online one credit is deducted from your transaction credit balance.
The other key feature is that these credits are at a FIXED COST of 35p per transaction - regardless of what card type the parent uses to make the payment meaning you have a fixed amount when budgeting and don't have to try and guess what cards types different parents will use.*
