1 credit allows you to send 1 text message to 1 person – so if you want to send 1 text message to 100 people you will need 100 credits.
Text messages can be up to 600 character long, but are charged in chunks of 153 characters. 1 credit equates to up to 153 characters. You will be notified as soon as your message goes over 153 characters and how many credits it will cost you.

Do our credits expire?
No - Your credits do not expire.
How do we know if the message has been delivered?
You can view a delivery report for each message you send so you know which parents have received the message and which have not.
Can we send messages to both parents of a child?
Yes - You can send messages to two mobiles per child.
What if we have the wrong phone number for a parent?
It will appear as undelivered on the status report.
